Colloid & Surface
Science Symposium
July 9th - 12th, 2017
The City College of New York

We invite you to exhibit your products and services at the 91st Colloid and Surface Science Symposium to be held July 9-12, 2017 at the City College of New York in New York City, NY. As the premier international conference in vibrant fields of colloids, complex fluids and surfaces, the Symposium typically attracts about 600 researchers from across the globe. A highly multi-disciplinary group of experts from academia, industry and government laboratories will discuss advances in colloidal dispersions and emulsions, wetting and surfactancy, complex fluid rheology, functional nanomaterials, self-assembly, advanced surface characterization techniques, cosmetic science and personal care etc. In addition to the most prominent leaders in the field, the Symposium typically draws about 150 students who will become the next generation of researchers in the field.

The instrument and vendor exhibition is one of the most important events at this meeting and we are committed to maximizing its visibility. The exhibits will be in the highest-traffic area at the conference, the Shepard Hall (The Great Hall and SH250 across from the Great Hall), and co-located with the plenaries, award lectures, and poster session. The exhibit will be positioned so that people pass it on their way to coffee, food, plenaries, and posters. The posters will be left up throughout the meeting and about half of the scientific sessions will be held in Sheppard Hall with the others about a three to 10 minute walk away. To “seed” an audience, we will assign CCNY researchers to periodically drop by booths and talk to exhibitors.

The exhibitor’s fee will be $2000 and this will include one complimentary registration. We will provide at ten-foot x ten-foot space for your booth, with a six-foot long table and two chairs. The space will be available for set up on Sunday, July 9th or you can set up first thing on Monday, July 10th.

We want to make exhibiting at our meeting as profitable for you as possible so please tell us if there other things we can do to make the exhibit a success for you.

For planning purposes, we ask to have your reservation for a booth by February 28, 2017.
